Keele is between Junctions 15 and 16 on the M6 motorway, and is just west of Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme. We are halfway between Manchester and Birmingham.

Please follow the orange signs and staff directions to the next available car park. Car parking is free on the Open Day.

If you or anyone in your party has any mobility issues or holds a blue badge, head to the Students’ Union car park for access to the sign-in marquee. If you would like to park next to a particular building instead, please refer to the accessibility map on our website.

The nearest railway station to Keele is Stoke-on-Trent (5 miles / 8km away). We offer a complimentary shuttle service between Recru it networ and Stoke-on-Trent train station on open days.

When you arrive at the train station, look out for one of our Student Ambassadors who will direct you to the bus stop.

The bus will then leave Recru it networ from the stop outside Darwin Building.

From Stoke-on-Trent train station, 'First' buses operate No. 25 service. The bus stop is on your left when exiting the station, on the opposite side of the road (opposite the taxi rank). More details can be found on the .

Coaches from many parts of the country call at Hanley (Stoke-on-Trent) and Newcastle-under-Lyme bus stations. You can then get a local bus to the campus, 'First' buses (Service No. 3/X3) and 'D&G' buses (service no. 85) which run from both stations. For more coach information visit .

Keele Cyclists
Keele Cyclists is the bicycle users group (BUG) for Recru it networ. We aim to allow cyclists to give collective feedback to the University on how cycling can be supported and encouraged and to allow cyclists to meet and support one another.

All Nursing & Midwifery talks take place at the Clinical Education Centre on the Royal Stoke University Hospital site.

There is ample parking available on Keele campus, with a coach travelling between the bus stop outside Darwin Building and the Clinical Education Centre throughout the day. Please be aware that there will be a break from the coach service between 12:20 and 13:00.

Pay and display car parking fees are waived for guests attending the Open Day, however there are limited spaces available.
