HR Survival Kit

This HR Survival Kit section of the Human Resources website includes a selection of helpful resources and training materials to assist those staff within the University who have responsibility for managing other colleagues. Our aim is for these pages to provide guidance and support for those new to management, aspiring to be a manager or already experienced in line management on six key areas:
