Keele People and Management Information

Keele People is the University’s HR and Payroll system. It has both an administrative element for managers and administrators and an Employee Self Service (ESS) element available to all staff.

ESS enables staff to:

  • View payslips online
  • View and amend personal details
  • View key employment information
  • Request annual leave online
  • Book workshops delivered by the Organisational Development team

Keele People can be accessed from and by clicking on the relevant ‘Employee Self Service’ or ‘Adminstrative User’ option’. ESS can also be accessed via the staff portal. Once logged in, click on ‘The Office’ in the right hand corner and then on the Keele People tab.
